How do I cancel my Manual World subscription?

If you no longer want your Manual World subscription, send us a cancellation request and our support team will review it and reply to the email address you provide.

Before you cancel

• Download any manuals you want to keep to your own device.
• Make a note of the billing date shown on your card statement.
• Decide whether a single download would suit you better than cancelling.

You can review the current plans and prices in the pricing section on manual-world.com: $1.99 for a manual download with 3 days of access, and $39.99 per month for the Manual World Club with unlimited downloads.

How to request cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Subscription”.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Manual World account.
3. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
4. Describe your request and submit it.

You will see a request number on screen once your cancellation request reaches our support team. Keep that number and watch your inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for our reply. Never send your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
